How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe by clicking on the button 'join the club' above and once payment is successful, enter your email on the confirmation page and you're subscribed!

Can you search for a specific deal for me?
Will you book the flight for me?

As much as we love to book the flight for you, since we don’t have your specific dates and details, we recommend that you make the reservation yourself. We will have an article on how to book them flights coming soon!

We truly wish we could! Unfortunately, that's not what Paperplanes is set out to do. We recommend checking out Google Flights and setting a specific alert for the dates you are looking out for!

How can I search for the deal you sent?

To search for the deal we sent, open up Google Flights and look for the dates mentioned in our email. You can drag the dates to your preference and select the flights that work for you. Once you've found the right option, you can book directly with the airlines or through an online travel agency. Happy travels!

Do you do First-Class and Business Class deals?

We do look for them too! If they do pop-up, we will definitely share them, but they are not too common, so don't keep your expectations high! Check out if you can upgrade based on the deals, which could be a steal too :)

Which airports do you cover?

We mainly cover Hong Kong right now, as we are still growing. However, we hope to expand our services to other locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

I've booked a flight! How can I let you know?

We are so happy that you booked a deal! Please drop us an email at liz@paperplanes.club to let us know and I promise you will brighten our day. And if you'd like, feel free to send us a postcard! We love hearing about your adventures!

Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by dropping us an email at cs@paperplanes.club and we will sort it out for you. We are working hard to build a portal for you to cancel automatically in the future!

Can I get a refund?

Certainly, you can get a refund! We offer a simple refund policy for up to 30 days from the date of your subscription. If you decide that our newsletter is not for you, drop us an email at cs@paperplanes.club with your details within this 30-day period and we'll process your refund with no questions asked. Of course, if you'd like to give us any feedback, we're all ears!

How do I change my email address?

Please contact us at cs@paperplanes.club and we are more than happy to help you change your email address.

Why am I not receiving any emails?

Sometimes our emails end up in your spam mail! Check that first and add us to your contacts, to prevent such from happening again. If the issues persist, contact us at cs@paperplanes.club
